GKCC Fantasy League News 28th September 2005 It's been a while since I made an update to the site, but here we finally are. We may be at the end of the season, but the site is at its new home of www.gkcc.co.uk and getting all set for next years competition. There were obviously 2 games at the end of the season however as I missed them (and Bill's performance in the Orchard) I am unable to provide you with a match report. I can say though that the scores have been collated and you are all no doubt surprised to see Paul Michaels win both prizes by a country mile. 667 runs, 24 wickets, 8 catches, scoring 1367 fantasy points and also scoring a career high 157n.o. against Penn; without doubt an outstanding contribution. 21st August 2005 With the games last week being rain affected yet again there was little to report but yesterday we saw 2 teams complete their matches with severely depleted sides. Nick Mitchell & David Edwards were both injured the night before the game meaning the 1st XI had to contend with only playing with 10 men of who included Phil Hallatt & Pete Edwards. Despite the numerical disadvantage the 1st XI still managed to put Winchmore Hill on the back foot in the early stages of the game as Jon de Beer (58) & Rich Bamford (31) took the total to 91 before Rich was out. However, as we have often this season the middle order was simply not up to the task in hand and wickets were lost frequently for very few runs as they ended the innings 153 all out. The Kingshill bowling attack was soon punished after tea despite taking a couple of wickets, as boundaries came rapidly & repeatedly with Winchmore Hill quickly reaching the target to secure victory. The 2nd XI, with their own selection problems, fielding four Under 14's put on a brilliant team performance to destroy Winchmore Hill. Opening the batting for Winchmore was an amiable young man called Hedley who proceeded to bat his way through to the close of the innings, some 51.5 overs, scoring an impressive 58 not out. It was a surprise as his team mates hadn't acknowledged him reaching the 50 mark with the traditional applause. Ian Talmer bowled a brilliant 11 over second spell to take 4 wickets including the dangerous baseball playing wicket keeper with an excellent caught and bowled. Ander Wilson took 3 wickets of which Howard Holmes took 2 excellent catches. As Winchmore struggled to score runs the wickets fell at regular intervals and with some last ditch desperation batting from the number 10 the total would have been considerably lower than the final 173 they concluded with. In reply the 2nd XI scored runs quickly and freely as Jon Wyatt (53) quickly took apart the Winchmore openers with successive lofted drives for 4 over mid on. Paul Michaels added to his 525 runs for the season with yet another steely performance at the crease top scoring again with 59 runs. But it was the knock of Howard Holmes (51*) that impressed as he calmly stroked the ball to all corners of the pitch deservedly reaching his 50 hitting the winning runs. As a result of the weekends action there has been little change in the scoring as Paul Michaels looks an inevitable winner of both prizes. The Old Boys are now a comfortable 345 points ahead of last years winner Jon de Beer. While in the individual competition Paul has extended his lead to an unassailable 385 over non other than last years winner, Jon de Beer.
7th August 2005 I was told that I should make
reference to the Legends vs Youngsters game on this site so I shall. The
Bar-B-Q was great! But without question the man in form is Paul Michaels who continued his quest to repeat Jon de Beer's feat of winning both prizes. Scoring a massive 222 points this week Paul has now taken an unassailable lead in both competitions leading by a clear 300 points. Paul scored a fantastic career best 157 not out and took 2 wickets in the draw away at Penn. Jim Walters is getting back to his best after missing much of the season through injury as he took 4 wickets to score 80 fantasy points. But with only 4 games to go can anyone do enough to dislodge Paul from the top of both tables? 24th July 2005 Paul Michaels has got one hand on both prizes at the end of week 12 in the GKCC fantasy league scoring another massive 143 points to take a commanding lead in the individual & team competitions. Paul leads Martin Smith by 154 points who has overtaken Jon De Beer into 2nd place by 29 points. Nick Mitchell moves into 5th place after scoring 127 points and taking the MOM award for the 3rd time. Meanwhile in the team competition, Paul Michaels has a massive 197 point lead over David Edwards Dynamic Despots as a result of his current superb form. There were no changes in the top 4 this week, but Andy Swains un-named side has come from languishing in mid-table for most of the season has suddenly climbed into 4th. Interestingly in the battle of the Humphreys Joyce has overtaken husband Bill for the 1st time this season to lead him 61 points. At the bottom of the table Rooneys Roaring Ravers look cemented to the foot of the table 58 points behind Ian Talmers Blanks. 18th July 2005 Jon De Beer was in devastating form again this week with the bat and has made substantial progress in the race to Individual Points prize. Jon has scored more runs in the last 2 weeks combined than he had all season and his outstanding contribution of 112 not out from 68 balls was also enough to give the 1st XI a much needed win against a very poor Little Kingshill side. Having lost the toss, GKCC were obliged to bowl first in the searing heat on a track that had runs written all over it. There was no surprises as the away side opened the scoring with a flurry of runs as the ball raced to the boundary with very little effort. At 82 for 0 the away side looked in positive mood as the GKCC opening attack was being dispatched with ease. Smudger brought himself into the attack from the Allotment End and the change had a major impact on the outcome of the game taking 3 quick wickets and reduced the Little Kingshill run rate en route to scoring his 60 fantasy points. Smudge may have ended with 4 wickets had Richard Bamford held the simplest of catches, but unbelievably he failed to hold onto the ball. Alex Hallatt in his usual determined fashion brought some added pace to his attack bowling down the hill and was soon rewarded with 3 wickets getting through the Little Kingshill middle tranche with ease. Younger brother Nick, & Jon De Beer both continued to dismantle the Little Kingshill order both taking wickets as the innings concluded on 142 all out. It didn't take long for GKCC to show that the wicket really was a batsmans paradise that the away team failed to make proper use of, but they did lose a wicket in the process. De Beer opening alongside Richard Bamford looked in fine form but RB failed to deliver any runs again and ending the day with the TFC award and a grand total of -10 points for the 2nd time this season. Stuart Morgan came to the crease and GKCC took charge. Jon batting with great panache took the bowling apart and raced his way to his first century of the season. Stuart was unlucky conceding his wicket for 24, but the job had really been done by then. Jon De Beer hit the winning runs soon after smashing a car windscreen parked behind the pavilion to finish up with the undisputed MOM award and a massive 187 fantasy points. The 2nd XI had the daunting prospect of facing title contenders Chalfont St Giles and the infamous umpire from earlier in the season. But unfortunately the 2nd XI were their own enemies on Saturday as they bowled well to reduce Chalfont to 179 for 7 in 52 overs with Paul Michaels, Jim Walters & Ian Talmer each scoring 40 points with 2 wickets a piece. The batting however was again their downfall as they were all out for 100 with only 3 players managing to get into double figures. One of those players was Luke Wright who again batted beyond his years scoring 43 not out. It was not for the first time this season that the 15 year old outclassed his elder team-mates as Luke was awarded and thoroughly deserved the MOM for the 2nd time this season. Its a worrying time for the 2nd XI as relegation is a distinct possibility and they need to start winning points. Failing to capitalise on opportunities like the one presented on Saturday in the long run may well cost them dear come the end of the season. As a result of Jon De Beers awesome performance, Paul Michaels leads the way with his team The Old Boys overtaking Dave's Dynamic Despots by a clear 165 points and takes the top spot in both competitions. But with 7 weeks remaining, as we have seen, the table can change dramatically. The changes would be even greater if Peter Jackson & Martin Davies hadn't taken such interest in the, obviously more interesting, world of DIY. Although it was rumoured that Martin has always been an advocate for doing it himself. Meanwhile, Jon De Beer has made rapid progress up the individual points ladder and there is a clear 3 way tie between himself, Martin Smith & current leader Paul Michaels. 10th July 2005 It's been a much more interesting week than last as the 2nd XI once again claimed victory in the face of adversity. The 1st XI showed much more promise than recent weeks with a hard fought draw at Braywood and finally the batsmen helped out the bowlers by setting a solid target. But really all the drama was unfolding on The Common as the 2nd XI once again put on the most amateurish of batting displays. Howard Holmes in from the 1st XI on the back of some consistent batting continued his form by scoring 0, the first of 5 ducks that the Kingshill line up would conjure during the afternoon. Jim Anderson marked his return from University with a quick fire 41 and at that stage, with Paul Michaels at the crease they looked like achieving the 200 mark quite comfortably. But with Jim's dismissal the wickets fell with consummate ease as the 2nd XI showed the same sorry characteristics of their 1st XI counterparts. With only 40 overs played the 2nd XI were all out for 140, 93 runs of which came from the bat of only 2 players. This is of course not an unusual situation for the 2nd XI, or indeed GKCC as a whole. When the backs are up against the ball we usually see the best of our players and that was the case again on Saturday. Jim Anderson opened from the top and not without the occasional wide, bowled with some electrifying pace. But it was the experience of Ian Talmer that quickly brought the first wicket in his first over as the Holyport batmen, despite chasing a meagre total and with 60 overs to get it, never looked settled. Two more wickets fell before tea with visitors having scored only 23 runs. The 2nd XI had somehow managed to end the session on top. After the interval Anderson & Talmer continued with the ball and to great effect as they pegged back the opposition preventing any consistent flow of runs. Anderson soon produced a moment of magic taking his second wicket with a fine catch at slip by Jon Wyatt. Ander Wilson came on to bowl and took 2 wickets for 22 as Holyport slowly progressed to the required total but losing an even steadier flow of wickets. The wickets kept falling when Paul Michaels was introduced from the Allotment End as Holyport simply had no answer to his left arm spin. Paul took 4 wickets for next to no runs including, and thoroughly deservingly, the 10th and final wicket to send the players into raptures. Meanwhile the 1st XI on the back of 3 dismal batting performances put on more runs for the 1st wicket than the entire team had the previous week. Andy Swain back from knee injury scored an impressive 41 but it was his opening partner that would steal the show. Jon de Beer put on a tremendous batting display ,something sorely missed this season, as he finished on a superb 87. Stuart Morgan, also returning to the fold, scored a steady 25. Richard Bamford made a substantial contribution scoring an unbeaten 50 batting in an unfamiliar place in the batting order. The combined contributions from Paul Michaels and Jon De Beer this week have had a major impact on the league table this week. And really Paul Michaels can look to himself for playing a major part in his fantasy team, The Old Boys, climbing the table. Only 4 points behind Dave's Dynamic Despots the league table is becoming quite interesting reading. Early pace setters Chris Young & Nick Mitchell have seen their sides fall down to 13th place in recent weeks. But also sliding down the table this week were the Muppets & the Helmets who for the first time in a few weeks find themselves out of the top three as defending champion Jon de Beer's side move within only 107 points of the leader. Meanwhile at the bottom poor Jon Wyatt, disappointed to have only just missed out on the MoM award for the 2nd XI, saw his side slip to bottom spot as Ian Talmers own contribution of 2 wickets & 6 runs saw his side The Blanks leapfrog Rooneys Roaring Ravers by 3 points. And if that wasn't enough, with Paul's heroic performance he has also catapulted himself to the top of the individual player points table. Smudger had occupied the top spot for the past 9 weeks but now Paul leads him by 79 points with 7 games to go. 6th July 2005 I didn't really cover this in my article after the games on Saturday, but I think after his sensational exploits I should write a small tribute to none other than Richard Bruton. It may amaze some of you, but I really don't like blowing my own trumpet, but I have to say Saturdays partnership, firstly with Luke Wright & then with Richard Bruton, was without doubt one of the most memorable moments for me in 25 years with the club. Batting for 20+ overs both of us were restricted through injury, so scoring was not a priority, but to bat out the remaining overs and secure a draw felt almost as sweet as a victory itself. But the real star of this last stand was Richard. Having not had an innings for over 5 years in a competitive game, Richard demonstrated the importance of putting a high value on your wicket and displayed all the courage to not concede defeat. At times it was extremely difficult to see the ball being bowled as the light faded and the bowlers action meaning he released the ball above the sightscreen, yet Richard remained defiant and resisted the Winchmore attack on each delivery.
It is
obviously sad in a way that Richard was forced to play as we were so short
on numbers, something that looked impossible at the beginning of the
season when Andy Swain of all people was not considered for selection with
the high number of available players. Although, I am sure Richard will no
doubt look back at what could have been his final innings in league
cricket with a great deal of satisfaction.
Talking of
availability, this Saturday sees the welcome return of some key players.
Both Andy Swain & Stuart Morgan return to action and will be featuring in
the 1st XI game away at Braywood. In addition, after his fine spell of
bowling at Winchmore Hill Jim Walters has cemented his place in the 1st
XI. Hopefully Jim will not have to bowl at a team that only need 100 runs
for victory but in addition, I hope that there is a fair rotation in the
bowling something which I felt did not happen last week despite the meagre
total.
4th July 2005 It's always disappointing when we have low scoring games as there is generally little movement in the Fantasy League. And that is pretty much what we got at the weekend. Luke Wright's fantastic game for the 2nd XI was most welcome to the sides ambition of preserving top flight status. But it was points lost for all the Fantasy managers as the bonus points went to a player not featuring in any of the teams. Jim Walters marked his comeback from injury with a superb spell of bowling taking 3 wickets on a lively wicket that was wasted by some of the Kingshill attack. Paul Michaels again kept up his fine form scoring 56 points with 26 runs, 1 wicket & a catch. The 1st XI meanwhile put in a shocking batting performance for the 3rd week running. Yet again, 4 players were out for 0 which means that in the past 3 weeks 11 players have been dismissed without scoring. This is truly a shocking statistic as there is no hope of the team gaining promotion if the equivalent of every 3 weeks the entire team scores 0! Sam Gunarathne's 23 runs were enough to win the man of the match award. As was the case in the 2nd XI, Sam was not selected in any of the Fantasy teams. Interestingly (for the statto's amongst us) this week inspired me to formulate a new statistic, the Total Points Scored per Week or Lowest Number of Points Scored in One Week, depending on how you are looking at it.
You can't really say a lot to that, can you? But even despite the low scores Dave's Dynamic Despots increased their lead at the top of the table to 216 points ahead of the Muppets & the Helmets. The biggest mover this week was Paul Michaels and his team the Old Boys moved up 5 places to 5th. Meanwhile at the bottom of the table its all change again. The three-way battle between On the 45, Rooney's Roaring Ravers and The Blanks, that's been brewing for the last few weeks, has developed into quite a dogfight as to avoid the embarrassment of the wooden spoon. 27th June 2005 It was all change for the 1st XI this week as they called up the services of two senior players from the 2nd XI in an effort to maintain their push for automatic promotion and the decision had a devastating impact on the outcome of the game. Stuart Morgan, in fine form this season with the bat & Ander Wilson who had been struggling with his form, were thrown into the side against Hurley who were ahead of the 1st XI in the league. At 73 for 9 it quickly became clear as to why Smudger turned to the experience of 2 members of the 'Old Boys' XI. Wilson, not known for his batting prowess, came to the crease with jeers already coming from the field suggesting that a Beer Match may be on the cards, as the 1st XI middle order disintegrated quicker than a rich tea biscuit dipped into a cup of Mrs Wyatt's tea for the 2nd week running. Fortunately Rhys Goodwin was again in fine form as he did his best to improve the score hitting an impressive quick fire 56 not out securing 10 additional bonus points with Wilson doing his best not to concede the final wicket. The frustration on the Hurley players faces was all too apparent as Goodwin fired the ball to all corners of the ground as the final batting pairing continued to improve the score steadily. Eventually Wilson finally conceded his wicket for 24 and a 10th wicket stand of 80 runs which was identified later as a new league record. In addition the club record which had stood since 1948, was 64 meaning that Goodwin & Wilson had recorded their own piece of club history, as the innings closed on 153 all out.
Hurley's opening batsmen in turn took to the crease sensing that a victory was possible and it looked promising for them as the leagues number 2 ranked batsman dispatched Wilson's first delivery to the boundary for 4. These were to be his only runs of the day as 4 balls later Wilson took his wicket with the simplest of catches. 14 overs and 3 wickets later Wilson concluded his spell of 15 overs 6 maidens 4 for 31 runs to earn 139 points and for the first time this season be included into the prestigious GKCC Fantasy League Hall of Fame. Nick Hallatt entered the fray and bowled with great guile and line dismantling the Hurley middle order with 3 excellent wickets. But the finale was left to the magic of the Edwards Morgan combination. David Edwards bowling with great panache at the tail took the final 2 wickets in successive balls as Stuart Morgan claimed both catches, one on the boundary in the deep and the winning catch being held at short leg diving gazelle like to hold the ball inches from the ground. Having previously taken a catch earlier in the innings, Morgan was awarded the 25 bonus points for taking 3 catches in the game. Hurley had been dismissed for 129 giving GKCC a memorable victory that for some will remain long in the memory. Meanwhile in the 2nd XI Neil Stretton produced a one man show with the bat & a fielding display that even Stuart Morgan would have been proud of. 52 runs and 3 catches guaranteed Neil the man of the match award walking away from the game with 132 fantasy points. Paul Michaels was again a giant in the side but this time with the ball as he took an impressive 4 wickets against last seasons champions. As a result of the weekends scoring, or lack of it if you are called Graham, David Edwards Dynamic Despots have taken a commanding lead at the top of the league table 152 points ahead of Morgan's Muppets and The Helmets. Its no surprise no one has caught up with Smudger at the top of the individual points table despite his low scoring at the weekend but with Nick Hallatt only 51 points behind Smudger will need to recapture some of his early season form if he is to take the Individual prize this season.
19th June 2005 It's all change at the top of the league table as Dave's Dynamic Despots overtook the duplicate entries of Chris Young & Nick Mitchell. Stuart Morgan scored an eventful 63 and was again in fine form while Martin Smith, maintaining his superb form with the ball taking 3 wickets, ensured there was a change in the title race to win the £100 prize. Meanwhile those managers who picked Paul Michaels will be pleased to see him return to the fold with an awesome knock of 98 and not for the first time this season was deservedly the man of the match. Jon de Beer finally showed us why he was the individual points winner of the fantasy league in 2004. Scoring 80 runs, his highest knock of the season, in addition to winning the man of the match award Jon managed to more than double his total points for the season. GKCC's resident chav, Howard Holmes, was in blistering form behind the stumps fore the 1st XI taking 4 catches and winning the 25 bonus points for taking 3+ catches. Martin Davies must be cursing his luck as he languishes at the bottom of the table. Having selected both Jon de Beer and Howard Holmes his 'On the 45' side made some good progress moving to within only 6 points of Rooney's Roaring Ravers. But how he must be cursing Adam Seymour who was selected to play for the 2nd XI but mysteriously went AWOL failing to turn up for the game leaving the 2nd XI with only 10 outfield players. Ian Talmer took 3 excellent wickets on a track that was prepared for a 5 day test match scoring 60points which meant his Blanks team moved away from the bottom of the table. Luke Walker scored 14 points on Saturday with 8 of them coming from 1 ball! Seeing out the final over with Ander Wilson at the crease, Luke hit a superb cover drive to the far corner of the common. The ball had only enough pace to reach the boundary but not enough to cross it. Having started running at top speed between the crease they managed to cross 5 times before the ball got back to the middle. With Wilson yards out of his crease the bowler retrieved the ball and attempted a direct hit at the wicket but failed to hit the target. Penn however failed to have anyone backing up the throw and the ball continued towards the opposite boundary. Luke & Ander immediately set off in search of another 2 runs and they were both comfortably in by the time the ball reached the wicket keeper's gloves. 13th June 2005 Having just had our free week, I haven't got a lot of fantasy news to tell you, although we do have a new addition in the meet the players section. 5th June 2005 Well what can you say? Fresh from watching his beloved Liverpool's success in Istanbul, Stuart Morgan produced the finest innings of his career. A phenomenal 123 not out against White Waltham and thoroughly deserving the man of the match award. Stuart looking confident and dominant in the middle, the GKCC fans witnessed an innings of immense proportions with a flurry of early boundaries, some sensible steady run scoring mid-innings and a remarkable final display. Hitting numerous 4's, 6's, 5 cars, 3 houses & a pub several times. What must have been most satisfying for Stuart was the way he reached the 100 mark, hitting one of his biggest sixes of the day straight into the pub garden. Remarkably Nick Mitchell scoring 101 points in the 1st XI game and securing the man of the match we have seen a repeat in the M.O.M awards as these two same players picked up the awards in Week 2. A contribution of 56 not out & a catch saw Mitch just pip Smudger to the extra bonus points.
- Stuart Morgan on his way to 123* - Martin Smith again continued in his rich vein of form as he took another 3 wickets taking his tally to 15 for the season and increased his lead at the top of the individual table to 72 points. Meanwhile in the 2nd's Ander Wilson finally showed a glimmer of why he won the 2nd XI bowling cup last year with a spell of 15 overs 9 maidens 3 wickets for 16 runs scoring 60 points. John Anderson continues to show fine form with an injury inflicted 64 not out. Attempting to pull a ball that came at him slower than a Dave Wilks half century, he somehow pulled a muscle and consequently reduced his team mates in the field to hysterics as they sympathised with his disability. Meanwhile the most expensive player, Jon de Beer is proving to be the least value for money so far this season, scoring a total of 83 points from the first 6 fixtures of the season. It is no wonder that the mangers who chose him for their teams find themselves languishing in the bottom half of the table. Thanks to Jon I was inspired to create a new statistical table for performance analysis, "The Value for Money Table". This can be found on the Individual Player Points Table page. The league table is now taking shape and its very close at the top with only 87 points separating the top 6. Highest climbers this week were Nick Hallatts' 'The Helmets' & Stuart Morgans' 'Muppets' who, sharing the same selection of 6 players, both moved up 5 places. Martin Davies' 'On the 45' continue to occupy the bottom spot 148 points behind Ian Talmers 'The Blanks'. Going back to last weeks story about the Chalfont umpire, I was having a chat with one of the Waltham players in the bar and he asked how we were doing this season. I said I thought we were making solid progress until last weeks contentious game and that the numerous LBW decisions given against us certainly assisted the opposition in their victory. To my surprise the un-named player (for legal reasons) said that when White Waltham played Chalfont St Giles earlier in the season 6 of their batsmen were given out LBW by the Chalfont umpire!!! Out of simple curiosity I will be certain to ask other teams how they fared against the same side and official. 2nd June 2005 Right, I did not want to have to do this, but with the Chief Financial Officer of the club chasing me I have no option. The following people have not paid their entry money from last years competition. Surprisingly, most of them have not paid for this years competition either. So could you please do the decent thing and sort your lives out and give me a tenner. Andy Swain, Rhys Goodwin, David Pope, Graham Auld 1st June 2005 I had an e-mail today from someone looking at the site requesting that I remove the references to the umpire from last weeks 2nd XI game on the front page. I am sure he isn't a diabolical, cheating, b*****d, f***wit really and that he does not show any favouritism to his team when umpiring. This is of course solely my opinion and not those of GKCC or anyone else connected to the club. It is extremely pleasing to see Smudger leading the individual points at this stage of the season. In his debutant year as 1st XI skipper Smudger knew that he would have to perform to not only inspire his side but also to cement his position in the team. He has so far delivered in abundance, taking 12 wickets in only 4 games played and amassing a magnificent 390 points. In addition to the return of some key players this week, some managers will be without some vital players with the absences of Paul Michaels, Ian Talmer & Graham Auld. 29th May 2005 There are 3 names on the lips of GKCC fans this week, Nick Hallatt, Martin "Smudger" Smith & Luke Walker. These 3 players scored a total of 550 points amongst themselves 99 points more than Martin Davies' "On the 45" team have all season! Nick Hallatt deservedly won the 1st XI Man of the Match with an awesome contribution of 109 runs & 4 wickets whilst Luke Walker thoroughly deserved the M.O.M for the 2's taking 5 vital wickets. In the Teams competition The Golden Wonders & Team Legs continue to make strides at the top of the table, but Dave's Dynamic Despots are only 76 points behind in 3rd. Things could all change next week as we see the return of Mani Atwal, Adam Seymour, Stuart Morgan & Peter Jackson. Unfortunately those managers who picked Andy Swain will be disappointed to hear that he has torn ligaments in his knee and will not play for sometime. 18th May 2005 Its nip and tuck at the start of the season. With only 3 games gone the league table is taking shape with Chris Young & Nick Mitchell leading the way. Leading points scorer of Week 3 was Alex Hallatt with 116 points. A sterling effort in a poor team performance with 31 runs & 3 wickets. Unsurprisingly taking the man of the match award for the 1st team. Paul Michaels fantastic contribution of 44 runs at a critical stage of the game for the 2nd XI, steadying the middle order after a succession of quick dismissals secured him the Man of the Match award, with Gary Parker & Andy Swain in close contention. Early pacesetters Dave Edwards & Martin Smith still lead the individual points table, but after another fine performance from Alex Hallatt the race is on. Peter Jackson cost his various managers what might prove to be a vital 10 points, dropping one of the easiest catches ever in cricket history. The ball was hooked round the corner to PJ on the 45 on the one and somehow despite two efforts at holding onto the ball he let it slip down him and onto the ground. We have a total of 26 entries in this years competition, our highest number ever, meaning that this years prize will be bigger than ever!
